Job Description:
Works as part of the Health Care Professional Education department and Medical Associations and CME providers. Will support and develop HCP product education programs. Participate in the execution of programs.
Qualifications/Work Experience: Qualifications and Work Experience Required • 2-6 years experience in a sales and/or marketing function
- Prefer professional experience in healthcare products or medical devices
- Demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively and in a cross-functional /team-oriented environment
- Demonstrated verbal communication skills (both in groups and one-on-on interaction) and written communication skills
Job Summary
Working closely with the HCP Education, Product Marketing teams, Medical Education team, and CME providers, participate in and develop HCP product education programs. Participate in the development of program strategies. Participate in the execution of programs.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and demonstrate significant technical competency in one or more assigned product lines.
- Organize and promote classroom and web-based trauma & extremity education programs for sales reps and HCPs
- Organize, promote and manage education programs for trauma & extremity surgeons, residents, nurses and podiatrists.
- Identify and secure appropriate resources in order to coordinate trauma & extremity programs/courses at the Homer Stryker Center and other global resources.
Education and/or Special Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Health Science, Marketing or other relevant field of study.
Percent Travel Required: 35%
