Job Description:Manages the analysis, planning, research, and development of organization's objectives and strategic plans in order to achieve business opportunities, growth, and financial profitability. Manages and reports on metrics of performance against plan for assessment of executional success. Drives the external market analysis for services acquisitions and organic growth opportunities and is also responsible for development of the processes related to conducting due diligence and Strategic Roadmap ROI.

- Responsible for opportunity analysis of market and facilitates the new solutions development process

- Lead partnership with Gallup organization in annual assessment of global customer engagement

- Develop and maintain global market models that provide the backbone for franchise-level forecasting and the strategic planning processes

- Track, maintain and report on global business performance metrics to assess execution against plan and inform tactical and strategic decision making.

- Conducts investigation of potential product line, technology and company acquisitions

- Conducts market due diligence through trials and solicitation of input from key thought leaders

- Coordinates market research programs and manages contracts and relationships with consultants, vendors and market research resources.

- Participates in cross-divisional competitive intelligence network

- Prepare or cooperate in the development of projected expense budgets

- Submits periodic reports on areas of responsibility

- Directs the activities of employees

- Evaluates performance of subordinate based on pre-established performance parameters

Work/Educations Qualifications and Experience:

- Excellent analytical skills including advanced statistical analysis

- Excellent interpersonal skills

- Demonstrated effective managerial skills

- Excellent organizational skills

- Experience in successfully developing and introducing new products

- Successful experience and track record in selection and development of talent

- Experience and proven track record in developing and implementing Marketing strategies

- Experience in Matrix Leadership

- Experience in recruitment, selection, and development of product managers to achieve strategic objectives

- 4-6 years of experience and exposure to Sales, Marketing, Operations, R&D, and Finance

- Previous experience in Marketing / Product Management

- B.A. or B.S. degree (emphasis in marketing, statistics or related discipline preferred)

- Masters degree preferred
Qualifications/Work Experience:
Percent Travel Required:50%
