Job Description:
Mandatory:
-5-8 years experience in product design & development of sheet metal, plastic and structural components
-Knowledge of New Product Development Process and documentation requirements
-Concept design & development and proofing by hand calculation and FEA reports
-Knowledge of material, material selection criteria, design practices and international standards & norms
-Good experience in DFMEA
-Advanced GD&T and stack-up knowledge and application experience
-DFM/ DFA
-Proficient in Pro/Engineer & Ansys
-Project technical and management documentation
-Excellent Communication, Project Management, Leadership skills

Desirable:
-Knowledge of product/ design verification and validation processes and techniques
-Knowledge of Medical devices Quality and Regulatory compliance requirements
-Experience in risk assessment & develop risk mitigation plan
-Proficient in SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
-PLM/PDM exposure using PDMLink (Windchill)

Qualifications/Work Experience: BE/ B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical engineering with 5-8 years of experience in product design & development of Medical Device, Home Appliances, Automotive or Heavy Engineering domain(preferrably in Medical domain)
Education and/or Special Training: BE/B.Tech/ ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical engineering with hands on experience in CAD (ProE/ SolidWorks), PV&V, Project Management, MS Office, MS Project etc.
