Business Development

The Business Development function at Stryker oversees licensing arrangements, acquisition of products, technology and companies, and is instrumental in the strategic planning process. In Business Development, you will be responsible for internal gap analysis, external market and competitive analysis, target identification, negotiations, financial planning/analysis and deal structures. As a member of the BD Team, you work closely with all functions of the business during due diligence activities, and are expected to develop relationships externally with potential partners and target companies. Business Development associates typically have experience and education in Marketing and/or Finance. Technical backgrounds are helpful, and MBA’s are preferred.
