Works in conjunction with and support of the sales efforts of the Account Manager/s in the territory in an effort to achieve assigned sales goals related to the TM product line.<br/><br/>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br/>1. Ownership of the total TM Quota for specific assigned geography.<br/>2. Drive Account Manager TM product participation in specific geographical territory.<br/>3. Build regional network of clinical thought leaders &#8211; ENA, AACN, WOCN<br/>8. Keep the RM informed through monthly analysis of the assigned geography&#8217;s TM business which includes key business indicators &#8211; churn, growth, participation etc.<br/>9. Provide monthly forecasts and highlights to regional manager and will be held responsible for achieving quota and forecasted business.<br/>10. Provides sales support to account managers with regard to fact finding, information gathering, assistance in proposal development, customer site visits, customer sales calls.<br/>11. Supports territorial sales efforts through the prospecting for new business in regards to supported product segment.<br/>12. Provide unparalleled sales support by answering questions/resolving account manager/customer questions.<br/>13. Provide supported account managers with competitive and technical data on a timely basis.<br/>14. Accountable for all record keeping as appropriate and in accordance with Stryker specifications.<br/>15. Other general and specified duties may be assigned, consistent with the company&#8217;s goals, objectives and interests.<br/>16.
