Change Management:  Using your background in multi-site operations, you will assist the Implant Operations group continue their transition decentralized model to one of shared services and centers of excellence.  Assist the supplier quality group transition from an environment of complex and disconnected systems to one of shared information and processes.  Your experience in designing exceptional supplier quality organizations across differing geographies and cultures, and ability implement a road map for the future for this newly created and blended group will be critical to your success.<br/><br/>6.	Influence: You will provide leadership, direction and have the ability to influence the overall organization in supplier quality and supplier development.  This role has the responsibility of leading pointed discussions with external suppliers where the ultimate goal is holding each one responsible for their own quality, as well as upholding the standards of Stryker.
