Stryker Europe plays an important role for the Corporation globally, contributing 15% of worldwide sales annually. The European Division comprises 16 countries managed as 7 areas specializing in Sales, Marketing and Distribution. Over 1700 Stryker Europe employees focused on quality, innovation and great customer service, every single day.

Stryker Aid

We put the customer at the centre of everything we do. This is reflected in the way we have structured our European organization. Our customers are supported locally by dedicated teams from Sales, Country & Key Account Management, Marketing, Quality, Operations and Customer Care. These teams have close links with and are supported by Centralized European Departments, whose team members are based all over the Division and in many countries. They cover Legal & Compliance, Public Affairs, QA/RA, Clinical Affairs, Operations, Finance, Communications, Strategic Marketing and Commercial Excellence. Centralizing these functions allows us to share the very best practice around the whole division bringing efficiency and benefit to our customers.

Stryker people are compassionate. As an organisation we have a strong desire to help people in crisis, as well as those who deserve more opportunity in life - it's what we do every day. With our CSR initiative, StrykerAid Europe, created in 2011, we are taking the first step by focusing on two specific areas - health and children.
